welcome to my little corner of the internet — i’m so glad you’re here! thanks for sharing in my journey on the road to motherhood, and everything else along the way.
i'll be honest, i have a tough time writing my own bio.
how do i want to identify myself? through my career & professional accomplishments? my personal hobbies & passions? family life? my insane love for the color pink? (i think that last one's pretty obvious.)
i'm a "type 7" on the enneagram personality test, which is nicknamed "the enthusiast." sounds about right.
seven: the busy, variety seeking type: spontaneous, versatile, acquisitive, & scattered. sevens are extroverted, optimistic, playful, high-spirited, & practical. also pretty accurate.
you'll always find me looking to try something new & acquire new skills. i can adapt to just about any situation, & i'm always looking for the silver lining. i let my creativity lead, because that's where i'm at my best.
true belonging doesn't require you to change who you are; true belonging requires you to be who you are.

in the past i've viewed parts of me as "wrong;" that i should be more like other people, those "successful" people who wake at 5am & read the morning newspaper & plan out their day in tidy neat organized books. but no more.
i am beautifully & wonderfully made. just the way i am, in all my spontaneous & playful & scattered glory. and i'm good with that.
